Post-Transition Support
Families do not always know exactly where everything should go on move-in day. We provide follow-up support so adjustments can happen after the resident has had time to settle in.
How it works
After the move, residents and families often realize they want furniture adjusted, belongings relocated, or certain items placed differently once they have lived in the new space for a little while.
Our post-transition support gives families that flexibility. Instead of forcing every decision into one emotionally charged day, we provide continued help after move-in so the space can be fine-tuned in a more natural and less stressful way.
